“Arrow” on The CW. Deadshot returns from overseas after taking down an ambassador and six others. Oliver learns about a sting operation in the plans to capture Deadshot alive, but Diggle secretly plans to kill him. Laurel takes drastic measures to protect a vulnerable witness. Oliver recalls his training and how Shado trained him to use a bow.

“Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” on NBC. A young sorority pledge is raped on campus, but the investigators are given a hard time by the campus community, as they tend to turn a blind eye towards such incidents.

“Supernatural” on The CW. Dean teaches the geeky hacker Charlie how to be a hunter, and begins to suspect that she’s hiding a dangerous secret that might get her killed.

“How to Live with Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life)” on ABC. Natalie struggles to deal with her parents’ divorce. Elaine and Max plot to visit an ailing relative.

10:00 PM EST:

“Psych” on USA. Shawn and Wood begin to bond. Shawn is nervous as Juliet begins spending time with a person who he believes is a killer.

“My Crazy Obsession” on TLC. A man’s obsessed with mustard, and his collection features over 5,000 containers from over 80 countries. Another man is obsessed with ketchup bottles, featuring one from the 19th century.

“The Americans” on FX. Elizabeth and Philip fear that they may have been setup. Stan achieves unexpected results.
