Watch Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks in the New 'Sparkle' Trailer

Before she passed away in Febrary, Whitney Houston shot a little musical film called "Sparkle." Now, posthumously for Houston, the trailer has hit.
The movie centers on a talented singer and songwriter named Sparkle, played by "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks. Sparkle teams up with her sisters to become a Motown-style singing group, but find themselves torn apart by family drama, romance, and the price of fame.
Houston plays the three girls' mother, and yes, she does have some musical numbers of her own, one of which is featured in the trailer. Of course, the trailer isn't going to give us too much of that... if we want to hear new music from Houston and see her final singing performance in a movie, we'll have to go see "Sparkle" when it comes out in August.
The movie also features new music from Sparks, and from Cee Lo Green, who makes his own appearance in the movie.
