Watch: 'Pretty Little Liars' Season 5 Teaser

Ever since the season 4 finale of "Pretty Little Liars," the question has been whether or not Ezra would survive. A new teaser promo for the show's season 5 answers that question, but it hints that the season premiere could give us the answer to a much bigger question.

The promo has Ezra in the hospital, awake but not talking, as a big title teases "#WhoShotEzra."

Ezra himself knows, apparently, as his voiceover warns, "I know who you are." The shooter's identity is important enough to be a game-ender, as Emily spells out very clearly.

"Once Ezra tells us who A is," she says, "this will finally be over."

The promo ramps up the excitement with pounding titles that promise "ONE FINAL ANSWER."

Hanna is optimistic that everything is about to come out into the open. "No more secrets, Ali," she says.

At the conclusion of the trailer, Ezra pulls off his oxygen mask and whispers something to Aria. Could this be it? A's identity revealed? The end of the mystery? The ultimate answer to the question that has been nagging us all along?

Of course, there's virtually no chance that we're going to find out who A is, but we'll have to tune in to the season premiere just to be sure. "PLL"'s summer season begins on June 10 on ABC Family.
