"Penny Dreadful" is the network's newest series, starring Eva Green and Josh Hartnett. The show takes a dark tone leaning toward the horror genre, and features characters like Victor Frankenstein and Dorian Grey, to name a couple. Since the series is named after an old publication that included a parade of macabre stories, you can bet that if you're a fan of literary horror, you're going to like this show.
