Watch OK Go's Amazing New Video Starring a Musical Chevrolet

When it comes to making viral music videos, OK Go pretty much has the market cornered. In the past, we've seen the band put together some incredible videos with treadmill choreography, well-trained dogs, a multi-story Rube Goldberg machine, stop-motion filming for a day straight, and more.

In their latest, the band teamed up with Chevy to bring you another impossible feat: playing a whole song using a car. They set up a long track with more than 1,000 instruments set up along the way: guitars, pianos, chimes, barrels, you name it. The Chevy Sonic (you can see why they chose this car to star in a music video) drives along the track, equipped with pneumatic arms that extend and retract when needed.

This involved four months of preparation, including tuning all of those pianos so that they would hit the same note no matter where the car smacked them (same with the guitars) and setting them up at proper intervals so they would be hit on rhythm.

And yes, that is OK Go frontman Damian Kulash driving on the course... he took stunt driving lessons!
