Watch Jamie Foxx Kill White People Tarantino-Style in the 'Django Unchained' Trailer

Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill" brought us the story of a woman who was wronged and decided to exact her revenge. "Inglorious Basterds" was pretty much the same thing, really, only there was a lot of other stuff going on. So it follows that Tarantino's newest film would be all about revenge as well.

The trailer for "Django Unchained" has hit the Web, and it's looking like fans of "Basterds" and "Kill Bill" will quite enjoy it. The movie stars Jamie Foxx as Django ("the D is silent") a slave who is freed by a bounty hunter ("Basterds" breakout star Christoph Waltz).

Over the course of the story, Django learns how to be a bounty hunter and seeks out the plantation owner (Leonardo DiCaprio) who has his wife, in hopes of taking his revenge and freeing her.

The trailer shows all of this, plus the promise of some visually stunning violence, funny/quirky lines, and potentially some pretty good music. The movie releases this Christmas. You know, just in case you want to spend the holiday watching a violent revenge western.
