Watch Grannies React to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's Break Up
by Shannon KeirnanIf you’ve been following the whole Kristen Stewart/Robert Pattinson break up media storm craziness and thinking, wait, wait wait. Who cares about statements and photos and rumors and insiders and so on and so on? Who cares about interviews? What I really want to know is, what do the grannies of the world think?
Although your priorities might be a little unusal, you’re finally in luck.
The YouTube sensation “3 Golden Sisters” has, a little tardily, perhaps, made a video in which they briefly discuss Stewart’s fling with “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders.
The rest of the video, however, they watch the ultimate Twihard, Nutty Madam, and her much more interesting viral response, wherein she demands that everyone leave the couple alone (alas, Nutty Madam, that’s not how Hollywood works), cries about Kristen’s heartlessness, and makes a few genuine statements of sympathy for Robert and follows them with a legitimate threat to the public.
While Nutty Madam’s video is itself kind of a strange, awkward festival of crying and yelling that is less amusing and more uncomfortable, the three older ladies watching it and reacting with both horror and sympathy are priceless.
Some key quotes regarding Nutty Madam:
“Poor thing, oh my God, look how she’s taking it to heart!”
“Lose 50 pounds and go after him!”
“No, no, no, you’re not supposed to be crying like that, are you crazy?”
“You’re hurting very bad honey, I’m sorry.”
“You have other issues”
Although they spend less time actually discussing the Robert Pattinson issue, what they have to say is pretty great as well. Don’t expect them to be fans.
“’Twilight?’ Is that a vampire or something?”
And while pretty pointless, it will hopefully give you a little entertainment. K-Stew is, after all, this generation’s Elizabeth Taylor. How has that gone unaddressed for so long?
If you’re just completely fed up with the whole cheating scandal, and only clicked on this because you really love grannies, here’s a refreshing clip of the lovely trio discovering the magic that is 50 Shades of Grey.
