Watch the First Five Terrifying Minutes of 'American Horror Story,' Premiering Tonight

Watch the First Five Terrifying Minutes of 'American Horror Story,' Premiering Tonight We suspected the new series from "Glee" creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, "American Horror Story," was going to be good, but if the first five minutes of the pilot are any indication, this show is going to be downright terrifying.

The series, which premieres tonight at 10 p.m. EST, has been described as a "psychosexual thriller" inspired by "Rosemary's Baby" and "Don't Look Now," which means expect loads of stylized, atmospheric creepiness.

As our writer Morgan Glennon described it in a preview last month, "the show centers around the Harmon family (Britton, McDermott and Taissa Farmiga playing their teen daughter) who run from the demons of their past right into some actual demons. They purchase a big, creepy house in Los Angeles with the hope of leaving behind the stains of adultery (McDermott's Ben) and miscarriage (Britton's Vivien). They know their house was the scene of several brutal murders but apparently this doesn't keep them from buying it anyway."

The preview involves twin red-headed bullies, a song from "The Jerk" given a ridiculously creepy redux and a disturbing message from a mentally disabled young child. Be warned, this one may very well scare the holy hell outta you.
