Warner Brothers Drops the Axe on Sheen; Actor Responds With Warlock Talk

Warner Brothers Drops the Axe on Sheen; Actor Responds With Warlock Talk Who's winning now?

After weeks of speculation on the future of the show, Warner Brothers today officially fired Charlie Sheen from "Two and Half Men."

The studio officially released a statement announcing the split from Sheen.

"After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen's services on 'Two and a Half Men' effective immediately," Warner Bros Television said in a statement.

The studio has not indicated whether they will continue the show without Sheen or if they'll pull the plug on what the New York Times called "the biggest hit comedy of the last decade."

The actor reacted the way you'd pretty much expect him to, in a statement to TMZ:

"They continue to be in breach, like so many whales," Sheen's statement reads. "It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of their bazillions, never have to look at whatshis[expletive] again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension."
