The Wanted Calls Christina Aguilera a 'B*tch' After 'The Voice' Appearance
by Andy NeuenschwanderBritish boy band The Wanted has been taking the pop music scene, and the female population, by storm, but it seems as though there's one lady out there who will not be a fan of theirs anytime soon.
Apparently, when The Wanted made their appearance on "The Voice" last week, they also made an enemy in Christina Aguilera. In an interview with New York's 92.3 FM, members of the band had a few choice words to describe the "Voice" mentor.
"She was a total bitch!" said Tom Parker in the interview, mugging to the audience for support. His bandmate Siva Kaneswaran backed him up, saying that Aguilera was "quite rude."
This incident comes after Aguilera was accused of giving Justin Bieber the cold shoulder during his appearance on "The Voice" as well. Aguilera denied this was the case, but The Wanted seemed to notice it as well, as it was brought up during their interview.
To add further insult, Max George compared Aguilera's looks to those of "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez: "JLo's hot, Christina's nothing special," he noted. Seemingly attempting to say something nice about Aguilera after his previous comment, Parker chimed back in saying that he "liked the dress she was wearing" due to the amount of cleavage.
And now, a short editorial diatribe:
The rudeness of calling Aguilera a bitch in a public interview aside, it seems that The Wanted's only reason to complain was that Aguilera "ignored" them. Apparently these fine, upstanding young gentlemen consider any woman who doesn't fawn over them to have some kind of personality problem.
If that weren't proof enough that Parker, George and his bandmates are complete assholes, the fact that the worth of both Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera is reduced to their appearances should close the case.
