Vinny from 'Jersey Shore' to Appear on '90210'

Vinny from 'Jersey Shore' to Appear on '90210' If you caught last night's premiere of "90210," you'll know that the kids from Beverly Hills like to party with young celebrities who have plenty of money, but maybe not so much class. Enter "Jersey Shore."

"Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino is reportedly slated to make a guest appearance this year on "90210."

Vinny won't be playing himself, though, but a character verry similar to the reality star.

According to Entertainment Weekly, "Guadagnino will portray a celebrity who plays in a high stakes poker game with Liam (Matt Lanter) when the cast heads to Las Vegas. He won’t play himself, however: He’ll depict a 'young and gregarious' celebrity who 'enjoys the fruits of fame.'"

Guadagnino was the subject of speculation during the filming up of the upcoming season five of the show, when he left the Seaside house for a bit, vowing never to return. Of course, he and the "Shore" posse ended up meeting up and partying, and he eventually came back to the show.

This won't be the "Jersey Shore" star's first guest role. Guadagnino also appeared on an episode of the recently cancelled MTV show "The Hard Times of RJ Berger."

Given that "90210" has been on a ratings downturn, hopefully he won't end up being the kiss of death for the show.

"90210" airs Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. EST on The CW.
