VIDEO: Watch Christoph Waltz Murder 'American Idol' Stefano in Jimmy Kimmel Sketch Maybe you've had the same hair-pulling frustration with the new "American Idol" judges as I have: they're just too darned nice. Ever since Simon Cowell left, all anyone ever gets anymore on that show is praise.

Well, Jimmy Kimmel and Christoph Waltz have had the same frustrations. Waltz was on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to promote "Water for Elephants" (he's also known for his role in "Inglourious Basterds") and he managed to fit in a quick "American Idol" sketch while he was at it.

In the sketch, Waltz plays a Simon character of sorts, insulting the recently ousted Stefano's performance. But when the other three judges give him nothing but praise, Waltz decides to teach him a lesson. Oh, and there's a firing squad involved. Looks like Waltz is channeling a bit of his Hans Landa for this one.

It's a pretty funny sketch (if not a bit violent), and a good round-up of all the latest "Idol" quotes. Check it out!
