VIDEO: Vinny from the 'Shore' Flexes Acting Muscles Playing RJ's Cousin Vinny

Vinny Guadagnino has been flexing his acting muscles for MTV’s “The Hard Times of RJ Berger.”

Moving from his reality television perch on the “Jersey Shore,” Guadagnino stepped into the role of RJ’s cousin Vinny.

As the TV Squad jokes, the role didn’t require much stretch for Guadagnino but that may have been what MTV had hoped. Guadagnino’s guest appearance could boost ratings for the show in its second season, which is why we may see more of the “Shore” sprinkled throughout the network

By the end of the episode, RJ and the cast seem to take some major inspiration from the hit show, taking on Shore-like personas including Lily as a crazed Snooki-type.
