Video: Andy Samberg Actually Makes the 'That's My Boy' Trailer Funny

I'm as big a fan of "Billy Madison" or "Happy Gilmore" as anyone, but Adam Sandler's offerings of late have been lacking, have they not? After all, "Jack and Jill" earned a record number of Razzies this year, and the trailers for the latest Sandler flick, "That's My Boy," weren't looking much better.

So, what does it take to make an Adam Sandler trailer funny? Apparently all you need is Andy Samberg and some editing software. And honestly, it doesn't even have to be good software.

Samberg took the "That's My Boy" trailer and did his own re-edit of it, and it definitely has some of his signature style that we got to know so well through his Digital Shorts at "Saturday Night Live." It mostly comments on the striking similarities between the names of the two stars of the film, but really that's all you need in this case.

Well done, Andy Samberg. You almost made me want to see this movie. Almost. For a moment.
