Two and A Half Men: 'A Good Time in Central Africa' Season 8 Episode 9

Two and a Half Men Season 8 Episode 9 Ah, this was one of the best episodes in a long time. Berta, the overworked (not) housekeeper is going away for a week. Since Charlie can barely function as it is she realizes he needs someone for the week she'll be gone not necessarily to clean the house but to take care of his drunkenness when he can't roll out of bed in the morning or is found naked on the patio deck. Both of which, knowing Charlie, could very possibly happen. Anyway, she brings in a replacement to take care of him (and the house).

While Charlie at first isn't very excited about the idea he warms up to the new woman because she spoils him and does what Berta should actually have been doing all along, namely cleaning the house. But she adds lots of special touches which anyone would love such as folded towels, mints on the pillows and folding down the edge of the toilet paper so it's easy to grab and tear.

All these little things make Charlie want to keep her forever. So when Berta returns Charlie realizes he still needs to see the new lady. He arranges for her to come after Berta leaves so she can clean again and do all the little things. Soon Berta finds out and she says it's her or the other lady.

As much as Charlie wants to choose the other woman he sticks with Berta, full well knowing he is giving up the great service any person would dream of having. Some very funny moments here....
