Two and a Half Men: 'Dead From The Waist Down' Season 8 Episode 11 Recap

Two and a Half Men: Dead From the Waist Down The episode 'Dead From The Waist Down' begins with Chelsea walking into the living room dressed in a sexy gown, all dolled up an evening out. Charlie then gives her some expensive jewelry to wear and says they have a limo waiting outside. As Alan and his girlfriend watch the parade of fanciness walk by she of course becomes a little jealous. And how could you not? I mean, first of all Chelsea is hot! Second, she gets spoiled like a princess while they spend yet another evening sitting around her boyfriend's brother's house watching television. Yeah, Courtney Thorne Smith, I got your back on that one.

Alan feels terrible and tries to think of a way he can earn some extra money in order to be able to buy her something special or treat her for her birthday. He sets up a mobile massage booth at a local mall. No one comes. He continues to lower the price and eventually gets a few humorous clients but has only earn $20 or so. An Asian man sets up right across from him and has a huge line. Typical comedy set up. Alan ends up having to give the Asian man a massage.

After three weeks of work Alan has finally earned enough money to buy something nice. He brings home his prized set of pearls and shows Charlie. Charlie questions their authenticity. Alan says he got them from a guy in the mall parking lot and shows off a certificate of authenticity where the words are spelled incorrectly. Charlie teaches Alan how to test pearls, it turns out to be a candy necklace. Alan is disappointed. He comes up with another plan, steal back the diamond earrings he gave his ex-wife the night she filed for divorce.

He does and his girlfriend loves them. She proudly wears them out for a birthday dinner only to have Alan's ex and new husband walk in the door. Alan then has to cover the girlfriend's ears to conceal the theft. Very funny moments here.
