'True Blood' Season 7 Teaser Trailer Reminds Us of a Very Morbid Fact

'True Blood' Season 7 Teaser Trailer Reminds Us of a Very Morbid Fact Get ready to say goodbye to Bon Temps.

The season seven teaser trailer for "True Blood" is out today, and it isn't all that uplifting...in fact, it's downright morbid.

The teaser takes us through a graveyard, showing us gravestones for many of the Bon Temps residents that we've lost over the years. That includes, of course, the recent death of Terry Bellefleur, who is the second-to-last grave we see.

The final grave belongs to "True Blood" itself, giving fans a sad reminder that season seven will be the last season ever. The "2008-2014" dates on the stone only seal the deal.

Of course, HBO is keeping things positive, promoting the final season on Twitter with the hashtag #TrueBloodForever.

Season seven will focus partly on the evil Sarah Newlin, who set up the vampire concentration camps in season six. The show has revealed that we will be meeting more of the Newlin family in this final season, as well as a few other new faces...including a new boyfriend for Lafayette. Here's hoping it works out better than the last one.

"True Blood" returns for its final season on Sunday, June 22 on HBO. Check out the teaser trailer below:
