'True Blood' Season 7 Full Trailer: It's Going to Be One Bloody Finale

Things aren't looking so great in Bon Temps.

"Everyone blames me for what happened to this town," says Sookie in the "True Blood" season 7 trailer. If that's true, it'll be tough for Sookie to save face: The Hep-V vampires are on a rampage, and no human is safe.

Although the trailer promises plenty of blood in the seventh and final season, "True Blood" won't do away with the relationships that really hold the season together.

For starters, you can see Sookie and Alcide sharing a kiss and seemingly getting along quite well. But don't count Bill out entirely...he asks Sookie if she loves Alcide, and Sookie responds by saying, "I thought once I'd had your blood, it was forever."

And then there's Jessica, who is going into full-on Terminator mode to protect those she loves. But we're seeing lots of splattering blood, and Sookie screaming over someone's body. Who will make it through the final season, and who won't?
