Tracy Morgan Critically Injured After Massive Car Accident

Actor, comedian and "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan remains in critical condition after a major car accident in New Jersey.

According to reports, Morgan was riding in a limo bus in Mercer county when the accident occurred. Local police have shared that two tractor-trailers and an SUV were also involved.

Morgan's vehicle was the only one to end up overturned, and thus far a passenger of the limo bus is the only fatality of the wreck. Police identified the man who was killed as James McNair, a.k.a. Jimmy Mack, a 63-year-old comedy writer for Morgan who was a passenger in the limo.

Seven others, including Morgan, were hospitalized with injuries. Three are currently in critical condition.

Morgan was on a comedy tour this weekend, and had just performed Friday night at the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Delaware.

Police do not currently believe that alcohol or other drugs were involved in the accident, but they're still investigating the possibility. Early reports from other media sources are suggesting that one of the truck drivers was responsible for the accident, and had dozed off behind the wheel.

An outpouring of support from fellow comedians has come out on Twitter for Morgan and his family and friends, including tweets from fellow "Saturday Night Live" castmate Rachel Dratch and comedians Colin Quinn and Todd Barry.
