Trace Cyrus Might Be Hinting At Sister Miley Cutting

Trace Cyrus' most recent tweets about cut wrists aren't exactly cryptic, but it's tough to tell which loved one they reference.

As Hollywood Life points out, the brother of one-time "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus tweeted June 6, "'Sending my love for girls who got some cuts at their wrists. Hope you find what you're looking for. I hope u find what you're looking for.'"

That's not the stylization of reporting, either. He tweeted in quotes the lyrics to Mac Miller's "Clarity."

What's more, Trace's remarks follow pictures that surfaced recently of his sister with what appeared to be healed-over slashes across her wrists. At the time, a source consulted by Hollywood Life speculated that Miley might have begun abusing herself.

"It looks like there has been some self-cutting," said HealthGuru.com chief contributor Dr. Jeff Gardere. "It's not about wanting to kill yourself, but about being depressed, anxious, having so much stress in your life that you resort to self-cutting to bring yourself back into reality or remove yourself from anxiety and sadness." Miley recently revealed that she'd engaged to "The Hunger Games" star Liam Hemsworth.

For what it's worth, Miley isn't the only loved one for whom Trace might've been expressing support. He was rumored to have dated pop star and "The X Factor" judge Demi Lovato - one of his sister's closest friends - in 2009. She admitted to cutting herself, a drug problem and an existing eating disorder in November 2010 and entered a rehab facility.
