'Too Many Cooks,' Adult Swim's Newest Creation, Is the Incredibly Weird Video Everyone's Talking About If you've been on the Internet at all today, chances are you've come across someone talking about the "weirdest video ever" that just "keeps getting weirder."

It's called "Too Many Cooks," and at first it seems like a simple parody of opening credits sequences to 90's sitcoms. But over the full 11-plus minutes of the sketch, it turns into something completely indescribable.

The comedic short comes from Adult Swim, the late-night Cartoon Network programming block that specializes in this type of shortform content. The block often airs 15-minute time slots with shows that range from the bizarre to the incredibly bizarre.

This particular video was made by director Casper Kelly, who has done some other programs for Adult Swim like the animated cop show "Stroker and Hoop." The beauty of "Too Many Cooks," however, is that it's a one-off thing that could easily be mistaken, at least in the first two minutes, for an actual opening to a 90's sitcom.

Past that, though, we're treated to sight gag after sight gag as the video extends the theme song to unrealistic lengths. There's a G.I. Joe reference in there, some brilliant (albeit disturbing) stuff with a serial killer, and moments of pure genius that play with how actors' names are displayed with their characters.

You might think that you get the joke after watching the first five minutes or so, but trust us: it's worth sticking around to the very end.
