Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis’ custody battle is getting ugly.
The disgraced politician turned “Southern Charm” star claimed in new court documents obtained via The Blast that Dennis should not be given primary custody of their two children because she buys drugs from the show’s producers.
Ravenel, 56, claimed that Dennis, 26, “abuses prescription drugs, is engaged in the use of illegal drugs, and consumes alcohol in combination thereof regularly” and “has been intoxicated by the abuse of prescription drugs and/or use of illegal drugs while [their children are] in [her] sole care.” He alleged that she buys, sells and trades prescription drugs with “friends, cast members and show producers to support her prescription drug habit.”
Ravenel also maintained that the show’s producers asked his on-again-off-again girlfriend Ashley Jacobs to make defamatory statements about Dennis for a storyline — not him. He claimed that she is only seeking primary custody for a storyline this season as well.
