This Is Who Killed [SPOILER] On Last Night's 'Game of Thrones'

This Is Who Killed [SPOILER] On Last Night's 'Game of Thrones' CAUTION: SPOILERS AHEAD! If you haven't caught up on "Game of Thrones" AND you don't want to know who committed this week's big murder, don't read ahead!

Okay. So.

Tyrion was framed! We probably all assumed that already, because Tyrion is way too smart to murder the king in the middle of a wedding. If he's smart enough to come up with all those snappy comebacks, he definitely knows not to poison someone when he's seen carrying the cup.

So, who killed Joffrey Baratheon? Thanks to the sleuths at Reddit and some well-researched screenshots, we might know.

Some of it you might have already caught on to: Ser Dontos (the Fool) tried to get Sansa away before it was revealed that Joffrey had been poisoned, indicating that he knew it was more than just a choking incident. Sure enough, it all hinges on the necklace that he gave Sansa in the season premiere.

Remember the one? It had seven purple crystals on it. And Sansa wore it to the wedding. It looks like this:

But, during the wedding, Lady Olenna comes over to Sansa and comments on the necklace, touching it with her fingers. Eagle-eyed viewers noticed that, right as Lady Olenna was commenting on how horrible it is to murder someone at a wedding, Sansa is seen missing one crystal.

See that? Later, Lady Olenna could be seen watching Joffrey and Tyrion's spat very closely. At first it just looked like pity for Tyrion, but perhaps she was just watching the cup very closely.

Unfortunately, this puts both Tyrion and potentially Sansa in a dangerous position. Tyrion will obviously be blamed for the poisoning, but if anyone catches Sansa with that necklace, she'll be implicated too. Plus, it's not like Cersei likes her very much to begin with.

And lest you think there wasn't any foreshadowing to this moment, here was your big clue:

Yup.
