Summer TV Series Feature: ABC Family's 'The Great State of Georgia,' 'Switched at Birth'  and 'The Nine Lives of Chloe King' ABC Family is rolling out three new scripted series for the summer months. Two of the programs are one-hour scripted dramas and the other is a half-hour comedy starring funnylady Raven-Symone.

"The Great State of Georgia" centers on Georgia, an ambitious aspiring actress with an outrageous personality, and her geeky best friend Jo who are trying to make headway in the Big Apple.

The series is executive-produced by Kirk J. Rudell and Jennifer Weiner and costars Raven-Symone as Georgia and Majandra Delfino as her bestie Jo.

Look for the series Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. ET, premiering June 29.

"Switched at Birth" follows the lives of two teenage girls who were given to the wrong parents as babies in the hospital. Growing up, the two girls could not have had more different upbringings.

One of them, Daphne Vasquez, lost her hearing as a young girl due to meningitis and was raised in a working class home by a single mother. The other, Bay Kennish, was raised in a wealthy home with her brother, mom and dad. When the two families meet they must find a way to coexist for the girls' sake.

Vanessa Marano of "Gilmore Girls" stars as Bay Kennish and newcomer Katie Leclerc plays Daphne. Also starring on the show are Constance Marie, D.W. Moffett, Lea Thompson and Lucas Grabeel.

"The Nine Lives of Chloe King" is a new drama with a supernatural twist based on a novel of the same name by Liz Braswell.

Chloe King is just an ordinary girl looking forward to celebrating her birthday with her mom and friends. Unexpectedly, Chloe starts to notice that she has heightened abilities and she realizes that she is being followed by a mysterious person. Soon she will learn that she is part of an ancient race that has been hunted by humans for years.

Skyler Samuels, of "The Gates," will star as Chloe King with Amy Pietz, of "The Office" as her mom Meredith. Grey Damon, Grace Phipps and Benjamin Stone also star in the series, produced by Dan Berendsen and John Ziffren.

Be sure to watch the show Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET, premiering June 14.
