Snooki Says 'Nope' to 'Dancing With the Stars'

When rumors started swirling about the possible cast of the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars," one of the first names to come up was that of Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi of "Jersey Shore."

It seemed to make perfect sense: "Jersey Shore" popularity is at an all-time high, and plus Snooki has showed off some moves before. But Snooki took to Twitter today to make an announcement: "I love watching Dancing with the Stars but I am not apart of the cast ! Sorry Tweedos."

So it looks like Snooki is out of the running for a spot on the coming season. I think we can assume she meant "a part of" and not "apart of," which actually sort of makes it sound like she's saying she's not separated from the cast. Wouldn't that be some crazy Snooki wordplay.

When you think about it, it sort of makes sense: Snooki has shot two seasons of "Jersey Shore" back-to-back and is set to have her own spinoff with castmate Jenni "Jwoww" Farley in the near future. Snooki might not even have the time to do a weekly live dancing competition show.

Other names rumored for the show include Rob Kardashian, Christina Milian, and Mike Tyson. For now, those celebs are still in the running...unless they tweet us otherwise.
