'Jersey Shore' Star Snooki Booed at 'Wrestlemania' Press Conference

Apparently, Wrestlemania fans don't watch a lot of "Jersey Shore".

At a press conference today for the upcoming WWE event, Snooki was met with a chorus of boos from the fans in the crowd. I guess this makes her "heel" then, doesn't it?

Snooki made her start on the pro wrestling scene when she appeared in a recent episode of "WWE  Monday Night Raw." Her participation is pretty clearly a play on the WWE's part to lure in more viewers for the Wrestlemania pay-per-view event this Sunday, but whether that will work remains to be seen.

The event will also be bolstered by a showdown between John Cena and The Rock, who is returning to wrestling for Wrestlemania only. I thought he was just Dwayne Johnson now?

Snooki will take part in a three-on-three mixed-gender tag team match. I could make a joke about Snooki and mixed-gender tag-teaming, but I won't, because I think the resulting mental image would only hurt us.
