Singer Sean Kingston in Stable Condition After Jet Ski Accident

Hip-hop star Sean Kingston is said to be doing alright after a jet skiing accident in Miami last night.

The "Beautiful Girls" singer was apparently riding the watercraft with a female passenger on board. The accident happened when the pair tried to ride under a low bridge.

Both Kingston and his passenger were thrown from the jet ski and were rescued by a passerby. They were subsequently taken to a Jackson Memorial Hospital by the Miami Fire Dept.

Initial reports surfacing last night said that Kingston was critically injured and being treated in the trauma ward. These rumors were only speculation as his rep released a statement saying that Kingston was, in fact, in an accident and no further details were being released.

This morning Lauren Ceradini, vice president of publicity at Epic Records told CNN, "Sean is stabilized."

Friend of Sean Kingston and fellow hip-hop singer Trav told CNN this morning via email that he visited Kingston and "he is good in stable condition."

It sounds like the singer will pull through and our thoughts are with him today!
