Sheree Whitfield Confirms 'Real Housewives Of Atlanta' Departure
by Sean ComerAfter four years with a hit Bravo series, Sheree Whitfield saw things becoming just a little too "real" for comfort.
That's why she's confirmed to not only WetPaint but her Twitter followers that she's abandoning the stylish reality network's "Real Housewives Of Atlanta". She's leaving behind Peach State-based domestic drama castmates NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak, Phaedra Parks, Kandi Burruss and Cynthia Bailey to carry on the Bravo franchise's banner.
@Hilary_Paige It was time for a change. Thank you for the well wishes.

Whitfield's representative told Us Weekly that the entrepreneur will take all that energy she'd been putting into the series' filming and throwing it behind launching a fitness blog and reinventing her couture fashion line She by Sheree into one geared more toward chic athletic clothing.
"I want to be part of something that empowers and inspires women to not only be healthy, but to treat themselves with respect," Whitfield said.
"The direction the show is going in is no loner a fit for my lifestyle," she told WePaint. "I'm tired of the fighting and the cattiness."
