'Selfie' Season 1, Episode 6: 'Never Block Cookies' Recap

With Henry more on-edge than usual, Eliza decides she needs to help him get laid. She recruits Charmonique to assist. Charmonique tells her that the cute barista downstairs likes Henry, so Eliza buys him a gift card. They trail him when he goes down there, and the poor barista's attempts to flirt are rebuffed. She even gives him a free cookie, which he rejects.

Charmonique and Eliza decide the only reasonable thing to do is list him on every dating website, set up meetings with women, and schedule them all in a venue, so Henry will show up and it will be a bunch of women already interested in him. They break into his work computer to get information on him. Sam catches them, but decides to help instead.

It's a good distraction from the side story involving his son-in-law Terrance, who he continues to hold at arm's length.

Eliza sets up the dating party for Thursday and bursts in to tell Henry they have to get together for a drink that day. Larry overhears and tells Henry that Eliza is interested in him. Henry is thrown.

As the two ladies finalize details (both being very picky about who Henry should be with, especially Eliza), Chamonique reminds Eliza that Henry lacks game. She goes to his house to try to school him in game a little, though he is reluctant to let her in. While she tries to coach him into flirting without revealing her secret, Henry grabs her by the waist. She decides he has learned plenty and flees.

He goes to the party with her, trying to figure out how to address what had happened between them. When he finds out what's going on, he's furious. He yells at Eliza and Charmonique, and tells them that casual sex isn't a cure-all for everyone. As he is trying to grab a car, he meets a very proper woman, similar in manner. Eliza encourages him to go with her, so he does.
