Who Is Selena Gomez Writing Songs About?

Maybe Selena Gomez really is a “Bad Liar.”
During an interview on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show Friday, Gomez, 24, skirted questions about her new hit song.
“The song was over a year ago,” she told Seacrest. “I was very much in a different place and I think it was more just telling a story.”
However when it was released in May, the popstar’s co-writer disclosed the story behind it.
“It’s actually about trying to hide magic feelings for someone new, but not being able to,” tweeted Justin Tranter in response to Selenators assuming the song was about her on-again-off-again relationship with Justin Bieber.
