2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards Announced: Who Got Nominated?

The nominations for the 18th annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards just came out, and "The Help" led all film nominees with four nods, including one for lead actress Viola Davis.

"Modern Family" leads television nominees with a whopping five nominations, followed closely by "Dexter" and "30 Rock" with three a piece.

"Bridesmaids," "The Artist," "The Descendants," "The Help," and "Midnight in Paris" received nominations for Outstanding Performance By A Cast In A Motion Picture, which is traditionally an indicator of potential Best Picture Oscar status.

Does that mean "Bridesmaids" could be up for a Best Picture nod? Believe it or not, it could happen.

On the TV side, "Boardwalk Empire," "Breaking Bad," "Dexter", "Game of Thrones," and "The Good Wife" all compete for Oustanding Dramatic Ensemble, while "30 Rock," "The Big Bang Theory," "Glee," "Modern Family" and "The Office" compete for Outstanding Comedy Ensemble.

The 18th Annual SAG Awards take place Sunday, January 29th on TNT.
