Runaway Bride Crystal Harris Auctioning Off Hef's Engagement Ring

What do you do when your fifteen minutes of fame are up? How about auctioning off the last vestiges of your sad and fleeting quasi-celebrity status to the highest bidder?
Hugh Hefner's runaway bride Crystal Harris is reportedly auctioning off the whopping 3.39 carat diamond ring Hefner gave her at auction with Christie's next month.
TMZ is reporting that Harris simply couldn't bear the memories associated with the ring, so she's selling it for what the auctioneers expect to be in the $20-30,000 dollar range.
Not a bad parting gift for the woman who cut and run on the Playboy founder just days before their wedding.
Perhaps Harris can use the proceeds of her little jewelry sale and follow in the path of fellow Bunny and "The Girls Next Door" star Holly Madison.
The reality star, who also has a popular Las Vegas production called "Peepshow," recently insured her highly profitable breasts for a whopping million dollars through Lloyd's of London.
"I've heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, why not?, because if anything happened to my boobs, I'd be out for a few months and I'd probably be out a million dollars. I thought I'd cover my assets," said Madison.
