Robert Pattinson Makes the Cover of Vanity Fair (Behind the Scenes Pic); Trailer for 'Water for Elephants'

When he’s not chasing the “Breaking Dawn” in Vancouver, chasing down roles like the new Jeff Buckley biopic, or promoting "Water for Elephants," Robert Pattinson is apparently busy hanging out in barns with Vanity Fair.

Hollywood Life recently posted pictures of Pattinson’s latest cover shoot for Vanity Fair (to the left), and it looks like he’s going with a country gentlemen theme. Or maybe he’s going for pensive and dapper.

Either way, there’s no chance the guy is cracking a smile on this one.

In other R Pat news, we reported a couple weeks ago that Pattinson had been vying for a new Jeff Buckley movie. In the process, we discovered that hell’s bells, the guy can really sing.

Apparently we aren’t the only ones who think the glittery vamp-boy can wail.

Score master Carter Burwell, who is handling the soundtrack for the latest Twilight installment recently tweeted: “Just wrote ‘Renesmee’s Lullaby’ for 'Twilight Breaking Dawn.' Rob Pattinson will play it on camera this week.”

Outside of his recent musical endeavors, Pattinson has been promoting his new film with Reese Witherspoon and last year's Best Supporting Actor award winner Christoph Waltz, "Water for Elephants." Watch the trailer for "Water for Elephants" below. It looks pretty promising.
