Robert Pattinson Just Did the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Prepare yourselves, "Twilight" fans: Robert Pattinson has done the ALS ice bucket challenge.

Zac Efron nominated the British actor to take the challenge, but considering Pattinson's tendency to shy away from the public eye (and the fact that he doesn't really have any social media accounts on which to post the result) everyone figured it would never happen.

But it did.

In fact, Efron posted the video on his very own YouTube channel in order to share it with the world. So now you have another thing to thank Zac Efron for in addition to the obvious.

In the video, Pattinson warns viewers that he "couldn't find a bucket on such short notice" and "had to improvise," which results in him getting a small pot full of ice poured over him accompanied by a hose.

Pattinson is just one of many celebrities who have taken the challenge, which has all but taken over social media in the past week. The result has been overwhelming positive in terms of fundraising, as more than $10 million has been raised since the stunt began.

Oh, and Pattinson nominated Guy Pearce, Mia Wasikowska and Marilyn Manson. We would especially love to see what Manson does with this.
