Robbers Tape Kim Kardashian's Mouth Shut

According to a report on TMZ, armed robbers in Paris bound Kim Kardashian with handcuffs and put tape over her mouth in the process of stealing millions of dollars worth of jewelry from her. The report says that Kardashian was shaken but unharmed after the incident, and that her husband, Kanye West, cut a concert short to rush to her side.

Kardashian was in Paris for a fashion event when, according to the report, five gunmen masquerading as police officers threatened the concierge of the hotel in which she was staying. The concierge then, apparently, let the men into the room, where they bound and gagged Kardashian and put her in the bathtub. They then quickly made off with a ring and jewelry box worth a total of nearly $10 million.

At the time, Kanye West was performing in Queens, New York, and he ended the concert abruptly, citing a "family emergency," after an assistant came on stage to tell him the news.

According to the report, Kardashian was somehow able to get free of the handcuffs and summon help after the robbers left. Details about the incident are still sketchy, and other news organizations haven't yet been able to independently verify the reported accounts of the crime.
