Rob Kardashian Chases Down Paparazzo, Meets Police

Rob Kardashian Chases Down Paparazzo, Meets Police Police detained "Dancing with the Stars" Season 13 runner-up Rob Kardashian early Sunday morning while he collected his head after chasing a photographer.

The Miami officers' police report states that they heard the 25-year-old Kardashian yell "Police!" and then saw him running after the alleged paparrazo, according to E! News. The man officers eventually identified as 43-year-old Freddy Hernandez told police "He's going to hurt me" before officers restrained the lower-key Kardashian sibling.

Hernandez told the officers he'd been shooting footage of Kardashian and a woman with him when Kardashian gave chase and Hernandez fled. The unwanted videographer claimed that he was neither assaulted nor threatened - merely chased.

Kardashian himself hasn't commented concerning the incident, but officers soon released him without incident.

There's a side-point about this story that actually makes Kardashian mildly sympathetic, and makes E! - which airs Rob's family's "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" trainwreck of the rich and famous - look fairly thoughtless.

Someone wasn't especially careful when linking to the PDF of the police report. It's typically somewhat of a journalistic courtesy to black out personal information such as social-security numbers, addresses, phone numbers and in some instances, names of minors. E! News didn't bother.

Hm. There could be some questions network heads should perhaps answer circa contract negotation time if Rob ends up drunk dialed, his home TP'd and his privacy otherwise violated. He might be famous, but he's still a human being with some reasonable expectation that his personal information not be left in plain sight.
