Renee Zellweger Looks Completely Different in Red Carpet Appearance

"Bridget Jones's Diary" star Renee Zellweger made a rare red carpet appearance last night in Hollywood. She looked beautiful...but she also looked like a completely different person.

The actress has everyone buzzing about her new face, as many believe that plastic surgery has given her a wildly different look from how she looked in the past.

Others point out that, while Zellweger might have had work done, it's only because of how Hollywood and society in general expects her to look. Aging is difficult for actresses, especially for those who were major stars in their youth.

Zellweger has been out of the spotlight for a few years now, with her most recent movie release being "My Own Love Song" in 2010. Next up for the "Chicago" star is "The Whole Truth," which is set for release in 2015.

Regardless of what you think about Zellweger's change in appearance, it does bring up an interesting question concerning the possibility of a third "Bridget Jones" movie. A while back, Colin Firth mentioned that a trilogy could be possible for the franchise, and the movie is rumored to be in pre-production.

However, with Zellweger changing her appearance so dramatically, producers might not consider it feasible to do a third "Bridget Jones" movie. Zellweger is the face of that franchise, so what happens when her face changes?
