Regis-placement: Jerry Seinfeld to Guest Host on New 'Live! With Kelly'

No offense to Regis Philbin, but man is Kelly Ripa getting herself an upgrade.
ABC announced today that Jerry Seinfeld will fill the hosting seat as a guest host, replacing Philbin alongside Kelly Ripa on the newly titled 'Live! With Kelly' November 21-23rd.
Philbin announced his retirement back in September and his last day will be November 18th. Seinfeld's appearance will be one of several guest roles as the show defines who its next host will be.
“Jerry is a great friend of ours, and a friend of Kelly’s, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s an entertainment icon,” Live! Executive Producer Michael Gelman said in the ABC release.
“It’s a great way to kick off the new beginning of our show,” said Gelman.
Also of note, Ripa and Seinfeld look pretty damn good together. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Also reportedly joining the rotating field of guest hosts will be current Muppet movie ringmaster Jason Segal, "Sex and the City" star Kim Cattrall, the still annoying Howie Mandel, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and Miss Piggy. Yup, Miss Piggy. Hiyah!
