Rachel McAdams and Michael Sheen Call it Quits!

Another major couple in Hollywood is calling it quits.

This time around it’s “The Vow” beauty Rachel McAdams and “Breaking Dawn” actor Michael Sheen announcing their split.

McAdams, 34, and Sheen, 44, met in 2010 while working together on the Woody Allen film “Midnight in Paris.” The two did not begin dating, however, until shooting had wrapped.

"I feel strongly about not doing [that] when I'm working. We became quite good friends, which I think is a great way to start. I felt very blessed to have made a Woody Allen film in Paris together."

Similarly, McAdams dated her 2004 “Notebook” co-star Ryan Gosling, though the two didn’t become an item until a year after the film’s release. The two dated from 2005 to 2007, and were briefly engaged before splitting.

Sheen dated “Underworld” actress Kate Beckinsale from 1995 to 2003. They have a 14-year-old daughter together.

While the two have not released any specifics on what lead to the break, long-distance may have been a factor. McAdams lives in Toronto, Canada, while Sheen alternates between Wales and Los Angeles.

"Michael and I never spend more than three weeks apart — we rack up a lot of air miles — but you have to be quite adaptable in this business whether you are in a relationship or not," McAdams has said.

So, now that McAdams is back on the market, what does she look for in a potential mate?

"You need to trust each other and be able to talk to each other and be best friends," the coveted lady claims.
