'Power' Outpaced By HBO, Adult Swim Hits

Among all original shows on cable Sunday night, Starz' 'Power' slipped a bit this week to take fourth place for the night. HBO's 'Game of Thrones' was the overwhelming winner of the night with 10.2 million total viewers. Adult Swim's 'Rick & Morty' grabbed a distant third place, and HBO's 'Ballers' wrapped up fourth.

'Power's executive producer, rapper 50 Cent made the bold claim on social media last week that 'Power' is the de facto number-one series on cable, insinuating that 'GoT' takes the top spot only because it has a huge budget. 50 Cent's series, however, has been unable to keep up with HBO's powerhouses this summer, drawing less than a tenth of 'GoT's audience and barely more than half that of 'Ballers.'

The premiere of the reality series Life of Kylie was Sunday's twelfth most-watched series.
