Owen Wilson awestruck by Robert De Niro on Little Fockers

Owen Wilson and Robert De NiroHollywood actor Owen Wilson claims that he was so awestruck when acting with Robert De Niro on the movie Little Fockers, that he kept forgetting his lines and talking gibberish.

Whilst Wilson is a superstar in his own right it did nothing to calm his nerves when in scenes with the legendary De Niro.

Little Fockers, which is the third in the movie series with Ben Stiller, is set to hit theatres this week, and is expected to bring in huge audiences following the success of Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers.

Whilst the movie does contain a lot of big name actors such as Barbara Streisand, Dustin Hoffman, and Jessica Alba, it was acting in scenes with De Niro that caused Wilson the most problems.

According to reviews, audiences will not be able to tell that Wilson, who has starred with Ben Stiller in a number of movies such as Zoolander, was struggling with his lines when in scenes with De Niro.

However, Wilson said that he had to keep telling himself to get it together whenever he was acting with De Niro, and some of his lines were coming out as gibberish. He said that he had to 'steel himself' for his up and coming takes and tell himself that if he didn't get his lines sorted out he would end up getting fired.

In the movie De Niro plays Stiller's father in law, and as with the previous two instalments audiences will be able to look forward to some big laughs and fast paced adventure, with the movie already having received impressive reviews.
