'The Office' Promo Video Has Cast Confessing: 'James Spader Scares the S*** Out of Me'

'The Office' Promo Video Has Cast Confessing: 'James Spader Scares the S*** Out of Me' We know that James Spader will be joining the cast of "The Office" and taking over as the big boss of Dunder-Mifflin. But we still don't know who is going to be the Scranton manager, taking over for the departed Steve Carell. A new "The Office" promo video gives us a few hints and reveals the cast's feelings about Spader.

The video features some footage from the finale as well as some behind-the-scenes looks at the filming of the new season, with Spader as Robert California in his new element.

He seems right at home, but the cast seems a little less comfortable: "He scares the s*** out of me," admits Phyllis.

Meanwhile, it's starting to look more and more like one of the current Dunder Mifflin employees will be taking over the managerial spot. At least, that's what the video seems to indicate...Spader takes the time to walk us through the candidates after the cast members recap the other failed managers.

It's a pretty fun look at the show, and Ed Helms provides a few laughs throughout. Check out the new promo for "The Office" below:
