No Screen Actors Guild Awards for 'A Star Is Born'

A Star Is Born was nominated for several awards at this week's Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony, but the movie took home exactly none of the little statuettes. Is this a preview of how the Bradley Cooper/Lady Gaga romance is going to perform at next month's Oscars? Read on for details.

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga brought major star power to the Screen Actors Guild Awards – but their movie, A Star Is Born, didn’t take home any statuettes.

The cast was nominated for best outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture, which was won by Marvel’s Black Panther.

Cooper was nominated for outstanding performance by a male actor in a leading role and Lady Gaga was nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor.

Sam Elliott was also nominated for outstanding performance by a male actor in a supporting role.

Nonetheless, both Cooper, 44, and Gaga, 32, appeared to be in high spirits throughout the ceremony.
