Back that 'X Factor' Up: Nicki Minaj Gives Her Boss a Lap Dance (VIDEO)!

Is Nicki Minaj giving Simon Cowell a sneak peek at what's in store?

Last weekend, Minaj was spotted on stage giving her Young Money “boss” Lil Wayne a lap dance.

"You got three rules, legs open, hands behind your back, mouth shut. Let's go!" Minaj told Wayne during his I AM Music II tour stop in Long Island, N.Y.

According to PopEater, Lil Wayne pretty much fell out of his chair as Minaj continued on with her feature from Sean Kingston’s “Letting Go (Dutty Love).”

Minaj, the new breakout female star of the Young Money crew, has been in talks with Simon Cowell.

“We spoke to Nicki actually about a lot of projects," the show's creator conceded. "It wasn't specifically about this, but we were just very interested to meet her,” Cowell told The BoomBox. “I'm a big fan of hers. So I don't know if it's gonna be this show (“The X Factor”) or something in the future, but it was definitely somebody I wanted to meet."

Minaj, 26, told MTV that she adores Cowell and after meeting him, she even dreams about him.

Could Cowell make her dreams come true?

The potential collaboration sounds brilliant and Cowell, who’s always looking for “The X Factor,” could certainly get his share of the “it-thing” with this video.
