The New 'The Walking Dead' Teasers Are Straight-Up Scary (Video)

We've already seen the extended trailer for "The Walking Dead," which is five minutes of drama and terror that gives you chills when you watch it. But sometimes, brevity is the soul of scariness...which is why these four brand-new teasers are sure to make you jump.

Each teaser is a mere 10 seconds long, but boy do they cram a lot of spookiness into those 10 seconds. Some of it is the suspenseful scary, as in the "don't make a sound" teaser with its fitting quiet. Others, like the one with Andrea (Laurie Holden) walking through the forest, opt instead for the "boo!" effect.

And you have to love the blurb they chose for the last one, noting that the show "makes 'True Blood' look like 'iCarly.'" Oh, snap! But to be fair, "True Blood" doesn't really have any true zombies. Not yet, anyway.

Check out the four teasers below, and get excited for the season two return of "The Walking Dead," due in mid-October.
