New 'True Blood' Season 5 Teaser Reveals Christopher Meloni's Evil Vampire [VIDEO]

HBO premiered a new teaser for "True Blood" season five over the weekend, and it's a dark one. Let's just say it features some very hungry-looking vampires, and a bit of V juice for one human (who looks to be in a bad spot).

In the teaser, a hooded figure approaches another hooded figure, a young woman. She kneels as the man slices his wrist and draws a drop of blood, placing it on her tongue as other, hungry-looking observers stand by. The figure removes his hood to reveal the familiar face of former "Law & Order: SVU" star Christopher Meloni, who bares his fangs.

Meloni joined the cast for this season in a recurring role as Roman, an official from the Vampire Authority, who pays a visit to Bon Temps. He is said to be very old and very powerful, strong enough to hold the fates of both Bill and Eric in his hands.

There have been a series of "True Blood" teasers over the past month or so, with a new one hitting each week in an attempt to make waiting "suck" less.  We have seen previews of scenes between Eric and Pam, Sookie and Alcide, and others thus far, but no glimpses at our bad guys... until now.
