New on Netflix: Rambo and Mr. Rogers
by EG
There's a bunch of new stuff on Netflix in September, and some of the most notable additions include the nicest guy in the neighborhood and a guy who's not nice at all.
Sylvester Stallone's original Rambo trilogy debuted on the service at the beginning of the month. The trilogy includes the original film, 1982's Rambo: First Blood, 1985's Rambo: First Blood Part II and 1988's Rambo III: Ultimate Edition. The franchise's fourth and fifth films, 2008's Rambo and the yet-to-be-made Rambo: Last Blood aren't available for streaming.
If bloody vigilantism isn't your cup of tea, try Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, which finally made it to Netflix at the beginning of the month.
For binge watchers who need more episodes of their favorite series, Netflix will oblige by doling out new seasons of several poplar series, including The Walking Dead, The Blacklist, The Following, Gotham and Person of Interest. These new episodes will hit at various points during the month.
Fans of Longmire should note that the Netflix-original fourth season of the series will debut on the service on September 10.
If you haven't yet streamed Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Sleepless in Seattle, or School of Rock, it's too late, as those movies, and many others, left the service at the beginning of September. However, if you've been meaning to catch The Wolf of Wall Street, World War Z or Transformers: Age of Extinction, you've got until the end of the month.
