New Jennifer Aniston Viral Vid Has Some Fun With Constant 'Pregnancy' Rumors

It's entirely understandable! Hear an unfounded rumor too many times, and finally you just get sick of being sick of it.

At that point, it's time to just flip the script and have some fun.

From the looks, Jennifer Aniston was a laugh a minute digging at persistent pregnancy rumors while filming a new Smartwater ad with a little help from guests like Jimmy Kimmel and Ryan Seacrest. Playing herself as the Aniston we've never seen, the icon of NBC's "Friends" and star of "Horrible Bosses" and "Wanderlust" is seen in mock home-security clips stripping away a girdle post-workout to reveal a very pregnant belly that would suggest she cannibalized a New York Giants lineman for lunch.

"How are my little triplets doing?" the 'bout-to-'splode Aniston coos.

Later, as she's admiring her newly-filled (of course, with Smartwater) backyard pool, out trots her man-child "son" - played by Kimmel - in his floaties and snorkel wanting a dip. When Aniston tells her...*ahem*...baby boy to get back inside and take a nap, he pouts "I think you're ashamed of me."

Oh, but the bundles of joy just don't stop slipping out of the woodwork, as she's also shooing an alien baby back indoors before anyone sees them.

Oh, but at the end of the day, she's always the same ol' Jen.
