New 'American Horror Story' Promos Introduce the Characters

New 'American Horror Story' Promos Introduce the Characters The series of teasers might finally be done, as "American Horror Story" released the 10th one yesterday. Replacing the show's teaser barrage is a series of other promotional videos and gimmicks, including this latest set of promos.

Unlike the teasers, which featured abstract images and characters, these new promos actually shows us the real characters in the show. That includes some of the inmates at the asylum, like Adam Levine's newlywed reporter, who looks a little too smirky for someone tied to a bed. There's also Chloe Sevigny's character, whose outfit reflects her illness: she's a sex addict.

And then there's the Big Three: James Cromwell, Joseph Fiennes and Jessica Lange, who run the asylum. Rumor has it that Lange's nun character won't be very saintly at all, and might have a bit of an obsession with Fiennes' character.

There are some clues as to what each character does at the asylum, or what their affliction is. We can see that Kit has cane marks on his back due to his beatings from Sister Jude. And then there's the creepy rendition of "Que Sera Sera," which seems to be this season's "Tainted Love."

If these promos aren't enough to sate your appetite, you can also take an AHS psychological exam for the chance to be one of four people chosen by the show to visit an abandoned asylum in the Northeast, where you will undergo some psychological experiments for a creepy good time. The test itself is creepy enough.
