Need a Will Arnett Fix? FX Set to Air Final 'Running Wilde' Episodes

Need a Will Arnett Fix? FX Set to Air Final 'Running Wilde' Episodes The romance-comedy series "Running Wilde" premiered back in September, but only made it so far as November when Fox pulled it for November sweeps. Will Arnett fans everywhere pined for the loss of the new show. I suppose the Keri Russell fans out there were sad, too. Me, I just missed having David Cross around.

But just because a show has been cancelled doesn't mean that it's gone forever! Like a zombie rising from the grave, "Running Wilde" will be lumbering its way back onto your television, this time via cable TV.

Fox's sibling station FX will be airing the last four episodes of the show, which were left over after "Running Wilde" was cancelled. That means there will be brand-new episodes on FX of a show that's been cancelled since last year! How odd.

FX has been making a serious push toward original comedy programming lately, with the successful "Louie" and "Archer" both receiving renewals. "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia," of course, is a fan-favorite and has been running for many seasons.

The show will take the 10pm time slot on Thursdays (which is normal held by a rerun of "Archer"), and will begin airing on April 28th (as "Archer" has just finished its season).

It's an interesting move by FX. Do you suppose that, if the final episodes get enough of an audience, FX might consider picking up the show? Would any of you want to see that? Or, are you sitting there thinking "what the heck is 'Running Wilde?'"
